Angel Diary is a digital subscription. There is no shipping of physical goods.
Manage or Cancel Subscription
You can cancel your Angel Diary subscription anytime from the app or the Parent Portal. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds
- Payments are generally non‑refundable once a billing period has started.
- If you were charged by mistake (e.g., duplicate payment) or face a verified technical failure preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we’ll review your case.
- Where required by applicable law, refunds will be issued accordingly.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@angeldiary.app with:
- Your registered email address/phone
- Payment reference (Razorpay Order/Payment ID)
- Brief description of the issue
Eligible refunds (if approved) are processed back to your original payment method via Razorpay. Processing times may vary by bank/issuer.
