Request Deletion of Your Account & Data
At Angel Diary, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, please follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion (via email)
Please send an email from the email address registered to your Angel Diary account to:
Email: support@angeldiary.app
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request and include the following information in the message:
- Your full name
- The registered email address for your Angel Diary account (this must match the sending address)
- Name(s) of the child(ren) associated with the account
- Any additional details that help identify the account (optional)
For security and privacy reasons, we will only process deletion requests received from the email address that matches the registered account email. If you no longer have access to that email address, please include alternative verification details and we will advise the next steps.
Processing Time
Once we receive a valid request, the Angel Diary Team will review and process the deletion. We will confirm completion by replying to the same email within 14 days. Deletion is permanent and irreversible after completion.
